Parents of players going on the Spring Break trip will need to stay after as we will be discussing the details of the trip.

All players have received 15 coupon cards that sell for $20 each.  The last day for the sell is Wednesday, March 5th.  We will meet in the upper gym after school on Wednesday and you will have the opportunity to turn in any money already collected.  Any player who has sold all 15 card and turns in their money will then be done with this fundraiser.  All other players will go out into the community to sell the remainder of their cards.  It is expected that each player will sell a minimum of 10 cards, but the goal is 15 cards per player.  The program will receive $10 for each card sold.  Please keep any donations separate as the program receives 100% of all donations.  Please don't wait until Wednesday to start selling or it will be very difficult for you to reach your goal.  Thanks for your participation in this fundraiser!!

Dear parents,

Just a reminder that the Wine Tasting event is December 9th.  I forgot to tell you to please have checks payable to "Westview Softball".  Also, please email Katy Mizer at katym@harrisworksystems.com and tell her how many tickets you have sold so far. Thank you!!

11/15/07: Welcome to the new Westview High School softball website.

Dear softball parents,

I wanted to thank everyone who attended the softball parent meeting last night.  I appreciate all who stepped up to volunteer to coordinate and help out with different projects.  Your leadership is key to our success as a program!  We were able to distribute over 80 Wine Tasting tickets.  If we are able to sell all of these we can easily reach our goal of $1500.00 profit.  If you need more tickets please contact Katy Mizer at katym@harrisworksystems.com

If each person can try to get at least one item donated for the Silent Auction on January 18th that would be great!  Feel free to bring any donated items to me at school.

Below is a summary of the volunteers.  Please let me know if I missed anyone or if I made any errors.  Thanks again for all of your help on these projects!
